When you receive this Zamat pillow, you will notice that inside its zippable cover are two inserts, allowing you to adjust the height and firmness to their preference. If you are a back sleeper, you may prefer a slightly lower loft, in which case you can remove one of the insert. Most side sleepers will enjoy the pillow as it comes, however, should you desire a higher loft, you can order an extra insert to increase the loft of your Zamat Bluedott Ultra Button Pillow.

While memory foam tends to sleep hot, we did not suffer from heat or sweat while laying on the Zamat Bluedott Ultra Button Pillow. It is not the coolest pillow to sleep on, but we weren’t bothered by heat during our tests, especially thanks to its bamboo pillowcase. Bamboo is a natural and breathable material, which naturally allows your body to regulate its own temperature. |
The outer cover of the Zamat Pillow can be machine washed on a gentle cycle. We recommend air drying it. In case of a stain or spill seeping into the foam, tend to it as early as possible and blot the stain with a cloth, water, and mild detergent. |
We recommend the Zamat Bluedott Ultra Button Pillow to back and side sleepers only. We found the loft a little too high for stomach sleepers, even with only one insert, and the shape of the memory foam seemed to come up in our throat while laying on our stomachs. The pillow’s central concave design cradles the head, while the elevated sides support the neck, promoting proper spinal alignment and reducing pressure points. It allows the neck to lay in the perfect curved position, ensuring the natural curvature is respected, and even recovered after long-term use.
While laying on our sides and back, we felt gently cradled to sleep, while enjoying support down the neck, helping our neck and head fully relax, giving in to the pillow.
Temperature Regulation
While the Zamat Bluedott Ultra Button Pillow is entirely made of memory foam, it performs well with temperature regulation. The memory foam did not seem to trap much heat, and we enjoyed a very comfortable sleep environment throughout the night. The pillowcase is made of bamboo, which is highly breathable and hypoallergenic, allowing your body to regulate its own temperature, and further ensuring you will not sleep hot on this pillow. This is particularly beneficial for individuals who tend to sleep hot or experience night sweats.
Maintenance
Maintaining the Bluedott Ultra Button Pillow is straightforward. The pillow comes with a removable and washable cover, which is breathable and gentle on the skin. Regular washing of the pillowcase helps maintain hygiene and extends the pillow’s lifespan. Simply throw it in the washing machine on low heat and hang dry. Should you decide to dry in a dryer, choose a gentle, low tumble, cycle, that is not too hot, to avoid possible shrinkage.
The memory foam core should not be washed; instead, spot clean it with a cloth, water, and mild detergent, if necessary.
Sleeping Style

Stomach Sleepers: The Zamat Bluedott Ultra Button Pillow is not designed for stomach sleepers. Its loft will be too high and its design will be uncomfortable, rising a bit in front of airways. This pillow will be a better option for stomach sleepers.

The Bluedott Ultra Button Pillow is ideal for individuals seeking relief from neck pain and those who prioritize spinal alignment during sleep, and those suffering from neck pain. Its adjustable height and firmness make it suitable for a wide range of sleepers, including those who frequently change positions throughout the night.
