Bamboo is a naturally-breathable material, wicking away 50% more moisture than cotton. It wicks away the body's extra moisture on hot nights to keep you cool and refreshed. In the winter, the Simply Organic Bamboo sheets actually sleep warm, keeping your body at the ideal temperature. We put those sheets to the test, wanting to truly understand the temperature-regulating properties of bamboo, and tested them in our RV in the summer. We never got hot, nor sweat in them during our test and have kept using them as our main sheets and comforter cover ever since for that reason! We also love that they don't feel freezing cold on cold nights! |

When you are ready to wash, throw them in the washing machine on cold and wash separately, without using bleach or fabric softener. In this review, we tested the Simply Organic Bamboo Sheet Set that came with a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, and two pillowcases, as well as the Duvet Cover.
Both products are made of 100% viscose from organic bamboo, which has been certified as organically-grown by Ecocert, and received the Standard 100 certification by OEKO-TEX.

How Do The Simply Organic Bamboo Bed Sheets Sleep?
Softness
If you think Sateen (cotton) is soft, like I did until now… wait until you try the Simply Organic Bamboo sheets. They are so soft, it is actually hard to describe just how soft and cozy. Let’s leave it at: when our kids jumped in our bed the first morning we tested them, they all explained “we slide in them!”. When I washed them and switched to some other sheets, my husband asked that I put the Simply Organic Cotton sheets back on because he likes “sliding into softness!”
They are the first sheets we rate a perfect 10 out of 10 on the softness scale. They are buttery soft and the coziest bedding you can ever imagined. We have now been using the Simply Organic Bamboo Sheets and Duvet Cover for 9 weeks and they retain their softness wash after wash.
Temperature
Did you know that bamboo is 50% more moisture-wicking than cotton? That means that your extra body heat and moisture is wicked away by the organic bamboo and evaporates into the air, keeping dry and cool throughout the night.
What does that mean on colder nights? Well, we put the Simply Organic Bamboo to the ultimate test. We took them out to our RV and slept by temperatures from the mid-30’s to the mid-80’s. We got neither hot nor cold – just cozy and the perfect temperature. During colder nights, the bamboo sheets kept us warm and cozy, helping our body temperature to regulate on its own.
Mattress Sizes
Simply Organic Bamboo carries several bed sheet sizes for their Sheet Set: Twin / Twin XL, Queen, King, California King, and Split King. All fitted sheets will fit mattresses up to 18 inches thick! That is virtually any mattress on the market.
