The difference in feel:
Both pillows use memory foam and a cooling gel layer to provide a comfortable, breezy sleep. The main difference between the two pillows is the shape. The DreamCloud pillow has a contoured shape that some people prefer for pressure relief for their neck whereas the Best Rest pillow is a more traditional rectangle shape without the contouring.
The difference in size:
The Best Rest pillow comes in two sizes: a standard size that can be used on any Twin, Twin XL, Full or Queen size bed as well as a King size that’s best used on a King size bed, though can also be used on a Queen. The DreamCloud pillow only comes in a standard size.
BUT, whether you chose the Best Rest Pillow or the Contour Pillow, know that you will be sleeping cool. Both pillows have a layer of gel-infused foam.

As I was going back and forth between the Contour and the Best Rest, one major thing stood out. I felt as if they were both uniquely made to fit your sleep style no matter what. The foam was always supportive and conforming resulting in more pressure relief. They also both have a great- actually MAJOR- detail: cooling gel-infused foam. they both kept my head and neck cool throughout my sleep.
The best reset is composed of 53% Polyethylene, 46% Polyester, 1% Spandex. The polyethylene is what makes the pillow cover feel cool to the touch. CopperGel Infused Memory Foam. The foam is 3lb density 6IFD CopperGel Infused Memory Foam.
