I absolutely loved the Valentino bed sheet set by Luxor Linens. I am very impressed at the amount of softness they boast, while remaining thin and cool.
The Egyptian cotton is responsibly sourced and ethically produced. It is composed of the finest extra-long staple only found in Giza, Egypt, near the Nile river. It uses the sateen weave, which gives it that extreme amount of softness that makes it hard to get out of bed. And I swear you can see the quality and the softness of the cotton by just looking at it.

Who Is Luxor Linens?
Luxor Linens is all about two things: heavenly softness and quality craftsmanship.
They swear (rightfully so!) that their Egyptian cotton is so soft, it’s almost weightless. They also use bamboo percale and flux linen is other product lines. They believe that quality is found in the details, and if you’ve watched my video review above, you’ll know that I was impressed with the details in the Valentino bed sheets. The stitch is beautiful and no shortcut was taken in producing one of the highest thread count Egyptian cotton sheets. Luxor Linens also takes pride in only using the finest materials that are responsibly sourced and ethically produced. The Egyptian cotton is composed of the finest extra-non staple, only found in Giza, Egypt! The organic cotton in some of the other Luxor Linens products, is grown without the use of chemicals or pesticides, making it eco-friendly textile.

In this review, we tested the Queen Valentino Bed Sheet Set, made of 1 Fitted Sheet + 1 Flat Sheet + 2 Pillowcases.
Before I get into the different size option, let me tell you a little more about the materials going into the Luxor Linens Valentino sheets. They are made of 100% Egyptian cotton, using a 1200 thread count sateen weaving style. The cotton is composed of the finest extra-long staple, responsibly sourced in Giza, Egypt, near the lush Nile river.
The sheets are ethically produced and manufactured with ultra-modern machinery that specializes in intricate designs. You can absolutely tell how much the details matter to Luxor Linens. The finish is perfect and beautiful and the craftsmanship truly shines in their Valentino sheets.
Onto the different options. You can choose from 5 different colors in the Valentino Solid (or get surprised with a Mystery Color for a steep discount), or 9 different colors if you choose the Valentino Striped Pattern sheets; and have 8 mattress sizes to choose from, including the lesser-known Olympic Queen, as well as the California King and Split King.
When ordering the Split King, note that you will receive 2 Twin XL fitted sheets. When ordering Twin or Twin XL sheets, the set only comes with 1 pillowcase.
How Do The Luxor Linens Bed Sheets Sleep?
Softness
I don’t think that it can actually get softer than this. I rated the Luxor Linen Valentino sheets a 9.5 out of 10 of the softness scale. The sateen weave and the quality of the Egyptian cotton used make those Luxor Linens sheets some of the softest Egyptian cotton sheets on the market today. I promise you, they make it hard to get out of bed in the morning! Nothing wrong with snoozing, though, right?
Temperature
The Sateen weave is known as being a thicker cotton that sleeps hot. What impresses me the most about the Luxor Linens sheets is how thin and crisp they are. They retain the luxurious softness and look, while staying crisp and thin, for a cool night of sleep.
Those Luxor Linens sheets are great if you are a hot sleepers or sleeping in hot climate.
Mattress Sizes
The Luxor Linens Valentino sheets comes in 8 sizes and fit mattresses up to 19 inches thick. You will find lesser-found sizes such as Olympic Queen, California King, and Split King, which comes with 2 Twin XL fitted sheets.
Are Luxor Linens The Highest Thread Count Egyptian Cotton Sheets?
Thread count is a difficult topic. I like to think that past 400 thread counts, we start looking into a mix of materials. A 1200 thread count does signal extra softness, however, past a certain thread count, I trust the feeling under my skin more than the number.
The Luxor Linens Valentino bed sheets are some of the softest sheets I have ever slept in. They look, feel, and breath softness. They are extremely luxurious and the amount of detail going into them is palpable.
So yes, they are probably some of the highest thread count Egyptian cotton sheets you’ll find, and they most definitely will be the softest sheets you’ll ever sleep in!
How Do I Care For Luxor Linens Valentino Bed Sheets?
The Luxor Linens Valentino bed sheets are 100% cotton and very easy to wash. They show very little shrinking with their first wash!
As needed, throw the sheets in the washing machine and wash on warm. Make sure you wash with like colors and avoid bleaching. Once washed, conveniently dry on the low tumble setting. The sheets come out clean and soft.
