The Dock Pro
The Dock Pro is the cooling unit box you see in those pictures. It is SleepMe’s coldest and quietest cooling unit to date, and the device that powers the cooling and heating components in the ChiliPad. The Dock Pro cools your bed down to 55 degrees, or heats it up to 115 degrees Fahrenheit (13-46 Celcius). A big upgrade compared to prior SleepMe products, it only produces 41 to 46 decibels at 30 cm, for a quieter sleeping environment.
ChiliPad Pro Mattress Pad
The water-powered cooling / heating pad you place on top of your mattress, which keeps you cool and warm at night. Using a new temperature-regulating knitted polyester, it boosts more cooling power than any other ChiliPad. The ChiliPad Pro Mattress Pad fits mattresses up to 18 inches thick and provides 2 cooling / heating zones (1 for each partner) when purchasing the “We” option covering the whole mattress.
Sleepme App
The SleepMe Dock Pro comes with the free sleepme app, which allows you to control the temperature of your Dock Pro, set temperature schedules, and control your unit remotely, so you can pre-heat your bed on your way home!
Machine Washable

There are two steps to choosing your perfect SleepMe Dock Pro.
1- Choose whether you are buying a Dock Pro for one or two people. When purchasing a unit for one person, chose the “Me” option. You will receive a ChiliPad Pro Mattress Pad that covers half of the bed, and one Dock Pro unit. If selecting “We,” each partner will be able to customize the temperature of his/her side of the bed independently of the other person. You will receive one ChiliPad Pro Mattress Cover that covers the entire width of the bed, as well as a 2 Docks.
2- Choose your mattress size. The SleepMe Dock Pro is available in Queen, King, or California King. If you have a Twin XL bed, order a “Me” King size unit.

The Dock Pro is SleepMe’s newest and most performing bed cooling technology to date. They have upgraded the unit itself, as well as the ChiliPad Pro Mattress Cover that lays on your mattress and ultimately provides the heat or cooling you desire.
A few upgrade we enjoyed from the Cube Sleep System:
– the Dock Pro is very silent and acts as white noise
– the ChiliPad Pro Mattress Cover does not have water tubes running through it, which makes it barely detectable under your bed sheets
– we have experienced great cooling performance even when raising our bedroom temperature to 83 degrees

Who Is SleepMe?
SleepMe, formerly ChiliSleep, was started by a couple’s desire to sleep better. Unhappy with what they found on the market at the time, Todd and Tara Youngblood put Tara’s background in science, and Todd’s background in product development, to develop a sleeping system giving rest back to its users.
They knew that VLPO neurons, in the brain, are triggered by temperature and that temperature-regulating bedding was the answer to many people’s lack of restful sleep. So they developed a water-based technology allowing bed covers to cool and heat on demand. Their goal was to give quality sleep back to all, even those who get just a few hours of sleep every night.
SleepMe has several products to help you regain power over the quality of your sleep. The OOLER and Cube help you control your bed’s temperature with a hydro-powered mattress pad. What Is Inside The SleepMe Dock Pro?
When purchasing a SleepMe Dock Pro, you are receiving three things: the actual control unit called Dock Pro, the improved water-powered mattress pad called ChiliPad Pro Mattress Cover, and access to the free sleepme app.
The Dock Pro is a rectangular unit 15 inches wide, 12 inches long, and 6.25 inches high, which should fit under most bed bases. It has a buttons allowing you to adjust the units temperature from the unit if needed. The Dock Pro can achieve temperatures of 55 to 115 degrees Fahrenheit (13 to 46 Celcius) and only produces 41 to 46 decibel of noise at 30 centimeters from the unit. It connects to wifi and right to sleepme app. You will receive one Dock Pro unit if purchasing the “Me” Dock Pro, and two if purchasing the “We” option.
The ChiliPad Pro Mattress Cover is a cooling mattress pad that comes has a half-bed coverage, or full bed fitting, depending whether you purchase a “Me” or a “We” unit. When getting the “We” unit, each partner will have their own Dock Pro unit, allowing them to control their side of bed’s temperature and temperature schedule. The improved ChiliPad Pro has no water tubes, electrical connections or wires, and is only 1/8 inches (3.2 mm) thick, so you virtually don’t feel it. It fits mattresses 8 to 18 inches thick.
The sleepme app is a free app allowing you to control the Dock Pro unit from afar. Start heating or cooling your bed from the living room, set a temperature from the car before coming in late, and even set temperature schedules to keep you deep asleep throughout the night. My favorite part? SleepMe is working on an Alexa (or other connected devices) voice controlled application to allow you to control the unit!
How Does The SleepMe Dock Pro Sleep?
Temperature
If you are purchasing a SleepMe Dock Pro, you want to be able to control the temperature of your sleep. The Dock Pro will lower your mattress’ temperature as low as 45 degrees and as high as 115 degrees, allowing you to adjust the temperature to your personal preference.
We tested the cooling function in an 83-degree bedroom, and the Dock Pro performed well, cooling the bed to a comfortable sleeping temperature.
The sleepme app’s option to set temperature schedules works very well over wifi as well. If you prefer to turn your phone off at night, you have the option to use the buttons located on top of the Dock Pro unit to adjust temperature (not schedule).
Feel
This is the biggest SleepMe upgrade we have seen to date. The ChiliPad Pro Mattress Cover does not have water tubes traveling through it, and it is only 1/8 of an inch thick, making it nearly undetectable. The “We” option fits nicely over mattresses and does not slide. It lets you enjoy the full benefits of your favorite mattress. Lastly, there are no electrical wires or connections traveling through the ChiliPad Pro Mattress Cover, which means zero EMF transmission.
Noise
Another wonderful upgrade, the Dock Pro only emits 41 to 46 decibels of noise at 30 centimeters. Based on a Yale study, a suburban area at night produces roughly 40 dBA and a residential refrigerator produces around 55 dBA. We found it to act as white noise and it did not bother us in any way.
How Do I Care For My SleepMe Dock Pro?
Since the ChiliPad Pro Mattress Cover does not have electrical wires or water tubes running through it, you can easily disconnect it from the unit and wash it in your washing machine. You can even dry it on low heat / low tumble! We love how easy it is to keep the bed clean with the ChiliPad Pro.
When it comes to cleaning the Dock Pro unit, depending on your use, clean it every month to three months for optimal experience. You can use the SleepMe cleaning solution after having emptied all water and refilled the unit with clean distilled water. You will run the unit for an hour, empty it back up once more, before filling it with distilled water again. It will be ready to use immediately.

I purchased Dock pro and received it within a week of purchase. My first night was kind of cold because I turned the temperature down too low. It takes a little learning to figure out what works for you. I sleep hot. Now I don’t. It didn’t take long for me to get the right temperature figured out for me.
I did require assistance with my chili pad the next day after I received and used it. My cat ended up putting a hole in my pad because I left the bed unmade for 10 minutes after getting up and the cat got on the bed and was playing with a catnip toy, and therefore ending up putting the tiny hole in the pad, resulting in a leak. I highly recommend putting a thick blanket on at all times if you have a cat. Also I recommend getting the 3 year protection plan. Customer service was right on it and sent a replacement pad to my house in 4 days. Way to go customer service!!
