Stomach Sleepers (under 150 lbs): Firm enough to keep hips aligned without strain on the lower back, for lighter-weight stomach sleepers, and those with a preference for softer mattresses. Those over 130 / 150 lbs will require a mattress around 8/10 on the firmness scale.
