Bio-Pur® Comfort Foam

This firmness level provides enough cushioning for pressure relief without sacrificing the support necessary for spinal alignment in several sleep positions. It is soft enough for side sleepers who need contouring at the shoulders and hips, yet firm enough for back sleepers who want lumbar support, and great for those who switch positions at night.
Best For:

Care Tips:
Rotate occasionally: Every 3–6 months, rotate the mattress 180° to ensure even wear. Do not ever flip it as this is a one-sided mattress with an order to its foam layers.
Always use a mattress protector: A breathable, waterproof protector will shield the cover from spills, sweat, and dust and protect your investment long-term.
Removable cover: Since the Amerisleep S3 mattress does not contain fiberglass, we feel comfortable recommending that you remove its cover to wash. Easy to unzip, simply throw it in the washer when needed. For smaller spills, spot wash with water, a mild detergent, and simple cloth.
Because of its high-density Bio-Core base, you won’t need to worry about sagging or indentations — a major plus for long-term value.
